Over 12 weeks, I will be guiding and supporting you through a journey of deepening your understanding of your emotions and what they're communicating to you so that you can have calmer conversations about what's bothering you and feel seen and heard.
Throughout the 12 weeks, you will learn the F.E.E.L. Method so that you can start to feel empowered by your emotions and advocate for your needs instead of feel embarrassed, frustrated and angry for not getting what you need from your marriage.

I have been where you are. I've had arguments with partners where I let my emotions take control of me. I'd go from cool, calm and collected to enraged and feeling like I needed to force my way to being seen and heard. My pain was expressed through anger. I'd yell, criticize, be defensive, and passive aggressive. I thought that was how to get them to feel remorseful for hurting me and then want to repair and give me what I needed.
All that did was create drama and disconnect and I hated it. I desperately wished I could handle conflict differently and it was hard to face.
I spent decades shaming myself for being this way only to learn that it was not something to feel guilty over.
I started to learn how to communicate more effectively but that wasn't enough.
If I was angry enough, I'd still find myself falling back on old patterns.
What ended up helping me create actual change was understanding that when I felt activated, my nervous system was dysregulated. Which meant that I actually needed support, not shame.
I had to feel to heal instead of trying to think my way through it.
Inside this program, I will guide and support you through what I have learned to be able to support my nervous system, heal old wounds, have calmer and more productive arguments, and most importantly, emerge as a more aware, compassionate, and empowered partner!

All calls will take place virtually on Zoom.
I highly recommend that you set aside uninterrupted and private time for you so you can be fully present and get the most out of our calls.
We get to kick off the program with our welcome call on May 24! The rest of the schedule will be determined based on what works best for most to accommodate the different time zones and schedules. Those who join will receive a survey to share what options work best for them.
All calls will be recorded and you will have access to watch it back so you don't miss anything.
With that said, you will get the most out of this program by showing up to the calls. During the calls, you'll be able to get your questions answered, learn from the other women, learn and practice new tools and participate in the break out sessions!
I recommend setting aside 2-3 hours for our calls and inner work each week.
As with any other program, the more you put into it, the more you'll get out of it. :)

You will have access to me during our weekly calls and bi-weekly office hour sessions, as well as inside the private community, but no 1:1 sessions are included.

Becoming a private client includes 12 weeks of support and access to me outside of our sessions via Voxer.
